Boy Scouts

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.

For over a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes — and, through over a century of experience, knows — that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.

Troop 48 meets at Our Redeemer under the sponsorship of the Men’s Club. We meet every Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall or the Gym. Any boy from the age of 11 to 18 is eligible for membership. You do not have to be a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church to join. Please contact the Scoutmaster, Larry Henderson, at 314.616.0805, or Advancement Chair Laura Luebke, at 314.426.1845, for more information about the activities and projects of Troop 48!
